Our Terms and Conditions apply for verbal and written minibus hire & coach bookings, all quotations are valid for 30 days unless agreed at the time of booking and are given subject to Xpert Airport Travel having an appropriate driver available at the time the hirer accepts the quotation. The given quotation is for driver and vehicle only. Upon accepting the booking you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1: Xpert Airport Travel drivers reserve the right to refuse access to their vehicle if they have reason to believe the customers poses a threat to their passengers safety or comfort.

2: Our drivers will endeavour to get you to your destination on time but we cannot be held responsible for delays outside the company’s control or the driver’s control, you are strongly advised to check your travel insurance.

3: Quotes can only be confirmed when either a confirmation e-mail, telephone call or text is returned to the customer.

4: Cash, Cheques, Bank transfers are accepted. We accept cash upon pick-up as long as a deposit has been paid before the transfer.

5: All monies must be made in full prior to the performance of the booking unless agreed by Xpert Airport Travel . If any outstanding monies are owed, the company reserves the right to collect the monies due from the original credit/debit card used by the hirer at the time. The hirer also agrees that no chargeback will be raised to any credit/debit cars issuing company with regards to the booking payment.

6: The quotation is given with regard to the operating costs at the time of the quotation. if more than 30 days elapse between the date of the quotation and its performance, the company reserve the right to pass on any increase in the cost of fuel or any other increased costs resulting from government action. Xpert Airport Travel reserves the right to charge for damage to vehicles made by the hirer and/or passengers. Monies will be collected from the hirer. Xpert Airport Travel charges a £100 refundable sickness and damage deposit for night time hire.

7: All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation refund is based on the following, 21 days or more notice will be 50% refund, 14 days or more notice will be 25%, if the hirer cancels less than 7 days notice before the booking all monies will be forfeited to the company.

8: In an emergency or request by the hirer to change the agreed conditions Xpert Airport Travel may return all monies paid without liability, cancel the contract but we will try to supply transport with an alternative supplier but we cannot guarantee this.

9: Xpert Airport Travel reserves the right to subcontract to another minibus operator to perform the hire.

10: All vehicles are non smoking by law. Under no circumstance is tobacco and alcohol to be consumed on any vehicle without the permission of the Driver.

11: No animals are allowed on the vehicles apart from guide dogs.

12: Xpert Airport Travel drivers may give advice on journey times in good faith but cannot guarantee that the journey completed is by a specific time and will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss incurred caused by breakdown or unforeseen circumstance.

13: Complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of the date of hire to bookings@xpertairporttravel.com.

14: The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle, if any passengers breach statutory regulations. The driver has the full authority to have them removed and if the passenger’s conduct results in damage to the vehicle the hirer shall be responsible for any remedial costs incurred.

We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions without any prior notification.
